Let me tell our story...We are retired and elderly, needing to move out of our country home to be closer to family and emergency services. We started out using another real estate agent but after over 5 years of searching and making 4 offers on houses we loved but didn't get, we felt hopeless. But, we decided to try a different approach when we found a house online that we were interested in seeing. We called the listing realtor which happened to be Mark. We scheduled a tour, loved the house, and since our 'different approach' was to be unrepresented, we asked Mark if he would help us with an offer. He did all the paperwork for us. The offer was accepted that evening!!! Needless to say we were shocked beyond belief. The entire offer and closing experience was seamless. Mark represented us every step of the way. His professionalism was beyond anything we had experienced.
We also invited him to come to our current house in a very small town in the country to see if he would be interested in listing our house for sale. He loved our house and had already come prepared with comps from the few houses that were either on the market or had sold. After receiving glowing recommendation from family who has recently sold with Mark, and it was a no brainer to contact him when I was ready to sell my house. I had a really positive, swift and seamless selling experience with Mark. He communicates well, advises best path forward and got me to closing very easy from start to finish. We were a “for sale by owner” family due to needing to walk away with as much cash as possible to help with medical issues with an elderly dad. I can tell you now I wish, from day one, we had hired Mark, With Platinum Real Estate Professionals, in Owasso, OK. Every real estate agent came out of the woodwork and wanted to be interviewed by us even though we weren’t hiring a realtor, it was a lot. Mark did his part by coming in and introducing himself, but he was different and possibly one of the first people we talked with. He sat at the table with us and said he would not bother us much, just wanted to let us know he was there if we needed him. And unlike most of the other realtors, he left the ball in our court. We were looking for someone to help us with the paperwork side only, as we already had received a legit offer. Mark offered to help. Well I can’t say enough about what he DID 😳 not only did he do the paperwork he handled every aspect of the communication between the lender, buyer and the title company. This man was a Saint in a time we needed it the most. Marks integrity, his honesty and his knowledge was unreal. He has a heart of gold and is in this business for the right reasons. I’m sure the man must need to make a living, but it’s not about the money for him, It’s about helping people. If I give any advice to anyone out there …. HIRE HIM from day one don’t try to do it on your own. And did I say at a much much much lower commission rate 😳. We didn’t save that much money by doing a FSBO, but Having him do the paperwork side, showed us he would’ve taken our home and ran with it at a much lower commission rate… again did I say MUCH lower rate. Platinum will be our “go to” when time to purchase the next home. Feel free to ask Mark for my number. I will give him permission to pass it out as a reference. I was a skeptic at first, no one can be this good, I was wrong. Don’t pass this guy up. It will be a huge mistake out of your Bank account!
Mark helped us buy our dream property. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and always made sure we were well taken care of. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to real estate and his experience shows.
