He was never once pushy, always patient, honest, and willing to answer every question we had along the way. He made the entire process of selling our home and buying our new one feel so much less stressful than we ever imagined. Ashley Admire111 days agoMark was the best realtor! He listed our house for 1% yet he’s not like most 1% realtors. He was full service and fully engaged in getting our house sold! He did open houses for us, his attention to detail on pricing and listing helped it sell in the first 9 days with multiple offers. He even helped sweep out the garage when we were cutting it close on a timeline. I would use him again and again! 💕 I found him bc he helped me with a garage door that wouldn’t close and I was home alone with two little kids, that’s just the type of guy he is in general. Kathy Reddy323 days agoMark Aguirre from Platinum Real Estate Professionals sold us our beautiful forever home. We are so grateful for him. Let me tell our story...We are retired and elderly, needing to move out of our country home to be closer to family and emergency services. We started out using another real estate agent but after over 5 years of searching and making 4 offers on houses we loved but didn't get, we felt hopeless. But, we decided to try a different approach when we found a house online that we were interested in seeing. We called the listing realtor which happened to be Mark. We scheduled a tour, loved the house, and since our 'different approach' was to be unrepresented, we asked Mark if he would help us with an offer. He did all the paperwork for us. The offer was accepted that evening!!! Needless to say we were shocked beyond belief. The entire offer and closing experience was seamless. Mark represented us every step of the way. His professionalism was beyond anything we had experienced. We also invited him to come to our current house in a very small town in the country to see if he would be interested in listing our house for sale. He loved our house and had already come prepared with comps from the few houses that were either on the market or had sold. He gave his recommendation on a list price which was way over what we thought we could get for our country home. Boy, were we wrong. In 51 days our home closed with an over-the-asking price offer. We were blessed to have Mark on our team. He advised us every step of the way and only took a 1% commission!!! (We felt terrible that the buyer's agent got 3%.) This is his business plan. Platinum Real Estate Professionals only charges you a 1% commission. This is unheard of in today's market. His integrity and honesty is why this review is so long. We just can't say enough about him. We will be recommending him to everyone we know. In today's real estate market with everything online , Mark is a hands-on professional. Give him a call, you won't be sorry.Posted on Google

I had a really positive, swift and seamless selling experience with Mark. He communicates well, advises best path forward and got me to closing very easy from start to finish.
